• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business admin, and relevant discipline.
• Well-versed in local Employment Act
• Min 2 years related experience in office admin/HR/Accounts, etc.
• Able to handle confidential matters/documents
• Good supervisory & mature to handle office human matters
• Well-versed in computer software, communications, full of initiative, and good time management.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing patient for dental procedures and advising on dental hygiene issues when necessary
• Perform sterilization of instruments and equipment, preparing instruments and materials before each dental procedure
• To assist dentist in dental procedures, handing of instruments and other assistance to facilitate patient care
• Assist in appointment scheduling, answering phone calls and billing

Requirement:

• Comfortable with exposure to blood and saliva while assisting in dental procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Service oriented and passionate to work in healthcare industry
