Job Responsibilities:

• Execute, organize and administer training programmes (including, but not limited to, Express Orientation and Service Training) based on Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and Total Company Learning Plan (TCLP) in line with the goals of the company
• Monitor and follow up on post training progress
• Provide support in coaching on service culture at outlet level, and implementation of Service Campaign

Job Requirements:

The Chinese Media Group (CMG) is seeking a highly motivated Senior/Brand Executive (Radio Promo) to join its Branding & Marketing (B&M) team. The B&M department is responsible for co-developing and implementing CMG’s products brand strategies, as well as driving effective marketing and communication plans to create strong brand value; these include Lianhe Zaobao, Shin Min Daily News, ThinkChina, ZBSchools, HeyKaki, UFM100.3, 96.3 Hao FM etc.

As a Senior/Brand Executive (Radio Promo), you will be primarily responsible for UFM100.3 in its local branding, marketing and event needs, while working closely with the rest of CMG to identify and tap on cross-promotional opportunities. You are expected to:

• Develop a thorough understanding of CMG and its brands’ mission and business goals, especially UFM100.3’s.
• Plan, manage and execute all marketing, promotions and event plans with accuracy and timeliness while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders i.e. DJs, producers, designers, social media, business development, ad operations etc. to ensure smooth planning and delivery.
• Build and manage relationships with other stakeholders beyond the immediate team, such as newsrooms, clients, vendors and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing and promotions plans.
• Monitor, evaluate and report the marketing results of projects to internal and external stakeholders, where applicable.
