Grundfos is seeking an exceptional manager who will champion our capability to garner industry acumen and sharpen the transference to action.
What is the job about?
The role will ensure success with E-transformation in the APAC region – securing our SBTi ambitions are met. Ensure regional commercial success of new product launches and profitability optimization of existing products. Be the regional voice of customer and capture regional market requirements. Drive regional go-to-market activities.
Specifically, you will work to:
Roadmap and New Product Input
- Support New Product Development activities securing regional input.
- Define and implement local portfolio with focus on iSOLUTIONS and E-solutions
- Participate in Industry Division defined activities supporting Industry strategy
- Capture regional market requirements and feed back to global Product Line Management​
Product Lifecycle Management
- Improve regional product profitability and growth
- Local improvement activities on products released for sales.​
- Local requirements for 3rd party accessories
- Collect regional input for price positioning setting.
- Understanding of local approvals and regulatory requirements
- Provides input to Global program management on needed modifications based on feedback from Sales and customers
Training, Support and Knowledge Sharing
- Coordination of training events ​
- Conducts train the trainer sessions ​
- Drive and conduct competence development on Industrial e & I solutions
- Application understanding from a product perspective​
- Product support to back office​
Marketing and Launch
- Support and collaborate on local marketing material​
- Participates in global launch teams for larger DP launches
- Participate in local launch activities and marketing
- Conducts continuous regional market and competitor intelligence​
- Create area based marketing cases​
- Collaborate on regional/local boost campaign
Your background
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred and minimum 6 years of experience in product management, product strategy & market strategy
- Good Electrical/controls acumen
- Ability to lead processes or projects.
- Strong knowledge and product management mindset
- Proven implementation of best practices in running a high Impact meeting & storytelling,
- Ability to capture regional market requirements and feed back to global Product Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and other languages a plus
