• University graduate with a major in Business Management, Information Systems/Technology, or Finance from a recognized university.
• At least five years of experience managing large-scale, end-to-end projects in a global financial institution, responsible for all project aspects (managing users, technology partners, senior stakeholders, and external service providers).
• Certification in project management and/or Agile methodologies (Product Owner or Scrum Master) is advantageous.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented, capable of engaging with multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently to gather requirements, prepare project plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the tenacity to succeed and collaborate with people of diverse cultures across the region.
• Willing to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.
• Proficiency in standard office applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of Treasury and/or Wholesale banking.
• Familiarity with Murex systems, particularly implementation or upgrade experience.
