(A) JOB SUMMARY

You play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to Quality Management and Nursing Administration Departments, responsible for training administration, information management, project, audit and meeting co-ordination and reward and recognition program. • Evaluation : Measure the effectiveness of the training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement metrics.

B3. Reward and Recognition (R&R) Program

• Provide and oversight for the R&R Program.
