ROLE

1. Detailed Responsibilities

- Assist the manager in daily operational matters

- Attend phone enquiry

- Sending/receiving emails, drafting letters, etc.

- Coordinate between office and drivers

- Issue invoices and record purchases

- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

- Minimum O level

- Able to get along with team members

- Independent & Meticulous

- Good command in MS Office

- To work 44 hours per week (Mon to Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm)

- Work place at west area, candidates stay at Jurong West/Boon Lay will be more convenient

- Experience in recycling company will be an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

• To perform daily loading and unloading as well as scans/records all packages from container
• To verify and stack all incoming goods with full container load, loose container load and check the receipts to ensure accuracy
• To assist the Warehouse Executive in the running daily functions, preparation of reports, inventory updating and maintenance housekeeping of the warehouse
• any other adhoc duties assign by department manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Chairside assistance to dentist during dental treatments and procedures

· Observe and Maintain infection control at all times

· Clearing trays and sterilization of instruments

· Maintain dental equipment

· Perform general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of clinic

· Ensure room is well stock with required dental instruments and material

· Minor dental laboratory work

· Receptionist duties such as making appointment, answering patient’s enquiries over phone or counter

JOB REQUIREMENT:-

· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Candidate must possess at least "N" Level/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

1. Assist in any administration duties as per all department requirements.
2. Assist directors in administration required for projects/ personnel. Basic bookkeeping, file for claims, manage schedules.
3. Filing of documents to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
4. Handling customer calls, walk-in purchase, drop-off and enquiries.
5. Prepare summary of meetings, spreadsheets, and reports.
6. Draft relevant PO, contracts, emails to clients or supplier.
7. Manage supply inventory and safeguard office supplies. Purchase of department supplies and equipment when due.
8. Manage HR postings and attendance.
9. Any other relevant administration duties when requested.
