Roles & Responsibilities

· Checking of daily sales report and posting of daily sales

· Posting of purchase orders into goods receipt and AP invoices

· Generate monthly concessionaire sales report and send to concessionaire vendors for billing

· Tabulate concessionaire sales commission and raise invoice to bill concessionaire vendors

· Tracking and monitoring of purchase rebates and discounts from vendors

· Prepare payment vouchers and process vendor payments in accordance with company’s payment cycle

· Perform monthly bank reconciliation

· Assist with monthly/quarterly inventory count and accounts closing, as well as year-end audit

· Ensure proper documentations are maintained and kept in compliance with statutory regulations

· Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

· LCCI/CAT qualification or equivalent is preferred

· A minimum of one year experience in accounting work

· Hands-on experience in accounting software, preferably in SAP B1

· Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel

· Responsible, meticulous, organised and independent team player who is able to handle voluminous work and perform under pressure

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will need to

1. Plan, create, release and follow up on production orders

2. Carry out preventive maintenance of machines and perform quality control inspection

3. Liaise with machine manufacturers to perform troubleshooting of production equipment as and when needed

4. Review and recommend disposition of rejected in-coming raw material, work-in-process and finished goods

JOB REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for this role, you will need to have

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.

The main responsibility of the Assistant Teachers are to support teachers in achieving the Centre and programme goals in close partnership with the Therapists, Social Workers, Psychology Associates, Administrative Staff and Families of the children.

Reports to the Principal Lead Teacher and/ or Senior Teacher.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Lead Teachers to:

• Co-teach an effective education programme for the class to meet every childs IEP.
• Brainstorm and plan activities to support students learning
• Prepare teaching resources
• Ensure students are well supervised during contact time in the centre /classroom.
• Manage students behavior
• Carry out recommended therapeutic interventions.
• Receive and discharge the students before and after class
• Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and conducive learning environment e.g. tidying up the classroom after class
• Supervise the Teacher Aides under their charge
• Attend workshops and in-service training
• Maintain good communication with parents and make each parent feel at ease with/ at the programme

• Non-related Diploma in any discipline

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing Support

- Assist the Marketing Director in supporting the sales team (Retail and Food Service) with promotional activities and campaigns by providing logistical support, coordinating agencies and materials, and ensuring the timely execution of marketing initiatives.

- Assist the Marketing Director in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's own core brands and third-party brands.

- Manage relationships with 3rd party brand partners, coordinating marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

- Develop advertising and promotional materials for various channels, including digital, print and social media.

- Collaborate with sales team to develop sales support materials, trade decks, retail in-store point of sales materials, online sponsored ads and product catalogues.

- Manage marketing budget and activation

- Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to showcase the company’s product and services.

2. Retail Marketing

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales within the retail showroom.

- Execute showroom-specific marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aimed at attracting potential customers and enhancing the retail experience.

- Oversee retail merchandising efforts, ensuring that products are displayed effectively to attract customers and optimize sales.

3. Marketing Apps Maintenance

- Manage ongoing maintenance and updates for mobile apps (eg Food Service CRM, Food Service ordering app, Merchandiser App) with external agency. This include bug fixes, feature enhancements, platform optimization.

- Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile apps. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance overall user experience.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting

- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to communicate sales and marketing performance.
