Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Executive located in Singapore. The Senior Account Executive plays a vital role within an account service team. Much of the work they do determines how clients perceive our quality and level of service. The role requires the ability to coordinate a large number of projects and to keep both client and supervisor advised of the progress being made.
Responsibilities
ā Assists with research, competitor reviews, proposal development and job execution
ā Provides general support (project and administration) to account service team in the execution of integrated campaigns
ā Responsible for managing jobs internally and with client
ā Responsible for project execution according to agency standards
ā Responsible for some client contact
ā Maintains the weekly WIP report and assists in the organisation of team meetings
ā Manages internal and client expectations in accordance with agency values
ā Develops understanding of clientsā business
ā Develops knowledge of agency structure and functions, utilising resources appropriately and efficiently
ā Ensures that agency systems and procedures are followed including opening and closing of jobs, preparing briefs, contact reports, purchase orders, timesheets, proofreading, etc.
ā Solicits and provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely manner
ā Has a good knowledge of agencyās offerings, mission and vision
ā Has a fair understanding of budgets and participates in the processing of closing and preparing all jobs for billing, including job costing reports in accordance with agency policy and procedure
ā Establishes effective relationships across agency multiādisciplinary teams
ā Utilises agency resources appropriately and efficiently
Experience
ā Tertiary qualified in a communications/marketing discipline
ā Minimum 2 years of communications agency experience in account service and an undeniable passion for healthcare
ā Experience in health & wellness agency and/or health & wellness brands desirable
ā A good background in managing regional and/or local accounts
ā Excellent project management skills
ā Good knowledge of processes
ā Proficient in MS Office ā Word, Excel & Powerpoint
