The Executive, Student Enrolment will work with inter-departments on administrative and enrolment matters and collaborate with the Marketing Department on marketing strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform follow-up of sales leads and take proactive actions to close sales.
• Drive and achieve company sales targets.
• Conduct consultations and Students interviews
• Collate relevant information to be included in sales proposals and reports. Manage CRM system leads, prepare reports, update following department SOP.
• Uphold the highest level of customer service.
• Work with inter-departments on administrative and enrolment matters

This role will ensure positive programme impact, strong beneficiary engagement and is vital for the charity to deliver on its vision and mission of providing high quality supportive programmes to children with cancer and their caregivers.

Candidate will work collaboratively to implement and maintain the quality of the charity’s programmes. This role will liaise directly with beneficiaries regarding programme offerings and enrolment, manage programme and event logistics, collect and maintain programme data, and ensure successful programme delivery.

Programme Logistics and Relationship Management

• Lead programme implementation and manage all programme delivery logistics, including beneficiaries’ recruitment, enrollment and exit of programmes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery, including special events throughput the calendar year.
• Meet regularly with stakeholders to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Utilise internal management systems to monitor and to collect programme operations, data and evaluate for quality, efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

Communication

• Create a sense of community by communicating with families in a sensitive, positive and supportive manner.
• Serve as an information resource to families interested in the charity’s programmes.
• Utilize CRM to collect and maintain beneficiary data and to facilitate communication directly with beneficiaries to promote programme offerings, answer inquiries, enroll and exit of programmes.
• Serve as an Ambassador for the charity, promoting and increasing awareness to the community
• Participate actively in initiatives to promote programmes.

Evaluation and Reports

• Monitor and measure programme performance (KPIs) to optimise results against programme goals and adhere to approved budgets.
• Generate monthly and quarterly reports and inputs into quarterly Board reports.
• Collect and implement programme impact data, including outputs, testimonials and surveys for data impact analysis, annual report and programme evaluation.
