Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employees' records in SAP Success Factor.
• Oversee and manage employee benefits program, including insurance and company events.
• Responsible for work pass applications, renewals and cancellation.
• Support onboarding of new employees and other HR-related activities.
• Administer training program and eLearning module.
• Manage office administration including reception, office supplies and service providers.
• Liaison for office security system with safety-security department.
• Provide administrative support to senior management and administration of international assignees.
• Assist with business traveling arrangement and coordination while adhering to business travel policy.
• Coordinate Executive events and functions.
• Assist with monthly meeting scheduling and taking of minutes.
• General administration duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in HR & Admin work
• Familiar with EA and HR practices is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good communications skill.
• High integrity and tactfulness.
• IT-savvy.

Job Title: Finance Executive (BYD)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with Singaporean regulations and best practices.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, as needed.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other regulatory compliance requirements in accordance with Singaporean laws and regulations.
• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide financial leadership and mentorship to other members of the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Full Set Accounts, issuing tax invoice, commission invoice and others finance related transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of Singaporean financial regulations, practices, and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.

Job highlights:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Basic salary up to $4000 + VB

Job scope:

• Liaise with Engineers and Managers regarding their purchasing requirements.
• Source and negotiate for equipment and supplies.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality standards, delivery, and prices.
• Process purchase requisitions and create and match purchase orders in SAP.
• Review and follow up on tender bids and documentation.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
