Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

Job Brief:

We are seeking a responsible Operations Executive to be the central point of contact between Employees, Customers and the Company. Assist the Operations Manager in performing site observation and ensure operation procedures are strictly adhered to. The Membership Manager / Executive is responsible for overseeing Defence Collective Singapore’s (DCS) membership. As a key member in the Membership team, this role is crucial in fostering community engagement and advocacy through membership.

Defence Collective Singapore (DCS) is the parent company of Singapore Discovery Centre, Singapore Navy Museum, Singapore Air Force Museum, and upcoming brands to be subsumed under the DCS umbrella in near future.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Management:

• Develop and implement innovative membership strategies to attract, engage and grow DCS members, with the end goal of cultivating advocacy.
• Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to create desirable value propositions of the membership. That includes member benefits, user experience at various touchpoints and loyalty programme.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the membership programmes, including acquisition, retention, renewals, benefits, member app, as well as database management and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members through personalised communication and a calendar of creative events, to foster a positive, engaging, and impactful member experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• For Manager position, 3-5 years of working experience, with a focus on membership and loyalty programme.
• For Executive position, fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales growth of key retail accounts and monitoring the accounts’ performance.
• Maintain strong and good working relationships with existing customers.
• Liaise with supermarket personnel for best product display space and rental during promotion periods.
• Achieve / exceed monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and performance of our products on various channels.
• Conduct frequent market visits to outlets and analyzing trends in market dynamics.
• Expand clientele base and key accounts through networking, cold calling, and social media channels to drive sales revenue.
• Develop and implement innovative market penetration strategies and new launch promotions.
• Manage merchandisers and promoters on their job performance.
• Assist to resolve any issues or complaints from customers, outlets or merchandisers / promoters.
• In-depth understanding of the Company’s range of products and services
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Marketing / Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B or FMCG industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, e.g. excel, powerpoint.
• A dynamic and highly motivated individual with ability to multi-task effectively

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Job Descriptions:

· Brew coffee and prepare the beverage

· Assist counter

coffee shop

• Issue accurate invoicing and job production order.
• Building customer relations to deliver optimal sales and aftersales support to our clients. Customer interaction includes online platforms messengers and live chats.
• Managing delivery routes of drivers.

• Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time.
• Staying up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services and assisting them.
• Possess a fair knowledge on how to use the computer system and its basic application.

• Perfer with Food Service experience, specialise in meats industries.
• Training will be provided for applicant without experience.

You will play a key role in managing customer orders, quotations, and logistics arrangement to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Customer Service

• Respond to and resolve sales inquiries from customers
• Assist the sales team by preparing RFQs and pricing responses for customers.
• Ensure prompt and accurate payment collection from customers according to agreed sales terms.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely, empathetic solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Order Management & Fulfilment

• Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Provide regular updates to the sales team on open orders, order deadlines, and fulfilment progress.
• Manage order approvals from sales team, ensure accurate pricing, and release invoices as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to pick and pack orders for delivery, and assist with receiving incoming shipments, ensuring correct quantity and quality.
• Oversee returns and replacements in coordination with relevant stakeholder.

Logistics Coordination & General Support

• Liaise with logistics vendors to secure competitive shipping rates and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor and resolve any logistics issues and ensure customs compliance.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, supporting sales and operational functions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in sales support or logistics coordination
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in investment projects and managing various project activities not limited to coordinating, reviewing, preparing of reports/documents.
• Support in data analysis and market research.
• Provide support in organisation of management meetings, taking meeting minutes and maintain proper filing of meeting documentations.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis or related discipline.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and data collection methods to support business strategy development.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant software is an advantage.
• Experience in organizing and supporting management meetings, including taking accurate meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) will be preferred to effectively communicate with stakeholders, partners, and team members across different regions.
