Job Description

• Responsible for content planning and creation of marketing collaterals and assets, including copywriting and editing for newsletters, electronic direct mails, brochures, fact sheets, blog articles, case studies, videos, and website.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns for solutions, events and exhibitions.
• Generate content for digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with agencies, external vendors and internal stakeholders to develop and ensure the timely delivery of social media campaigns and optimise performance metrics.

Job Requirements

• Experience in marketing communications and related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications.
• B2B experience preferred but not mandatory.

Primary Objective

• Responsible for all overseeing all Sea Export (SOC & COC) shipments, ensuring that the shipments are done in accordance to requirements and schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers, vendors, and overseas partners to understand their needs
• Prepare shipping documentation for all SEA freight shipments (e.g. FCL, LCL) and local handling services
• Maintain/Update the Company's SAP system on documentation, customs manifest, and invoices to related parties
• Ensure that the E-filing systems are properly maintained for systematic retrieval
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely
• Oversee payment invoices, reconciling processed work by verifying entries and arranging for pay requisitions within the credit period
• Monitor collections and deliveries to meet stipulated schedules for services provided
• Coordinate with warehouse operations team for loading/unloading
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned from management

Person Specifications

• A degree/diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP Transport module is a plus
• Experience in dealing with NVOCC Sea Freight Process Flow is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Stock Arrival and Receiving

1. Update incoming list both international and local and then check incoming status.
2. In case not come due to delay or cancelled, share situation with Operation, Procurement.

QC Report and Claim to Supplier for Buyer

1. Check QC report if have any wrong information before submitted suppliers
2. Check/Monitor status of claim and report to team and Bosses weekly and monthly

Post Purchase Order (PO) on Receiving

1. Tally quantity and item description between documents and physical
2. Maintenance item code in case need to revise or add
3. Issue and send PO

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O Level or equivalent education.
• Related experience in handling procurement documentation.
• Good communication skills and able to work well with staff from all level.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.

Note: Applicants must be willing to work at Boon Lay area and 5.25 days with alternate Saturdays.
