Support the Management Team in providing counsel and motivation to employees around organizational practices in the areas of diversity, inclusion, Core Values and HR policies and practices.

Provide advisory for employees seeking information on company policies and procedures.

Handle all aspects of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits programme.

Assist on the administration, documentation and tracking of new employees’ recruitment and onboarding briefings.

Job Summary:

To be responsible for the overall patient meal service and maintain good relationship with the patient

Key Responsibilities:

· To be responsible for the meal service for the patients including meal order taking, meal service and tray clearance

· To liaise with various departments such as dietetics and kitchen to ensure accurate patient meal service

· To follow the procedures related to control room pertaining to meal service

· To provide excellent customer service to the patients in the wards.

· To ensure a good relation with the patients and make sure their concerns are taken care of.

· To attend to all patients complaints and feedbacks within a short period of time.

· To carry out all other administrative and operational related duties assignment assigned by superior and the Management

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferably in customer service/service industry.
• Able to work independently and enjoy working closely with all levels of staff to achieve positive outcomes.
• Service oriented and customer focused.
• Sharp, analytical and self-motivated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision.

What is this role?

The Talent & Administrative Executive is in charge of advertising open roles, reaching out to applicants, organising interviews and managing incoming talent into the business.

You will help to form and improve interview processes, hiring guidelines and more. In addition, collaborate with fellow Administrative Executive on general administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have a collaborative and friendly work style, be exceptionally well-organised, able to effectively multi-task & prioritise and take initiative.

What you can expect to do?

• Organise and supervise the company’s hiring process including advertising open roles, reaching out to applicants, organising interviews, signing of employment agreement, and manpower related regulatory applications
• Employee records management, and response to staff human resource enquiries
• Track and follow up on employee contract renewal
• Prepare quotations and invoices related to business process outsourcing, reports, memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
• Maintain office supplies including pantry and stationery
• General administrative functions including coordination of logistics arrangements
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years administrative experience (Required)
• 2+ years experience either in a similar Talent Executive role, or within a Human Resources team (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great written and spoken English language to communicate effectively and understand HR-related resources
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Produce work with a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities

Handle full spectrum of HR functions including:

• recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding activities
• manage staff benefits, eg group insurances/dental
• process monthly payroll for all staff and other Government related matters, eg CPF/IRAS submissions, tax clearance, Government claims (maternity, childcare leave etc)
• process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations & security bond (where applicable)
• prepare HR documents, eg employment contracts, letters for confirmation, promotion, salary increment, bonuses and resignation
• training administration
• ensure proper updating of the employees' personal files
• maintain employee personal data in HRMS
• advise employees on all HR related matters

Requirements

• Possess diploma or degree in Business Administration/Human Resource
• With at least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Proficient in Prosoft HRM System and Microsoft Office skills
• Familiar with HR practices and employment acts
• Resourceful, meticulous, detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
• A team player and able to work independently to meet deadlines
• Able to start work immediately will be an advantage

Job Description
- Handle vehicle sales.
- Handle short term and long term rental activities including handing / taking over bikes for QC checks, phototaking of vehicle conditions, etc…
- Handle administrative duties for sales.
- Attend the handing over process of bikes to customers.
- Follow up on production / new vehicle preparation activities.
- Prepare costing for quotation
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements
- Preferably have Class 2B license
- Basic experience / knowledge in motorcycle accessories
- Customer oriented / outgoing personality
