THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle loans documentation for floor stock finance facilities
• Ensure accurate and timely creation, monitoring and maintenance of loans and facility records
• Assist with preparation of facility reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties for processing and verification of loans documentation, facility drawdown and redemption requests
• Assist with other administrative functions as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Business / Banking & Finance, or related discipline, preferably with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in loans documentation
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge and be sensitive with numbers
• Possess good initiative, strong administrative capabilities and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate fluently in English

REMUNERATION

• Monthly basic salary: from $2,400, commensurate with experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining implemented systems (excluding safety related) such as conducting related internal audits, non-conformities closure, management review meeting, pest control management, and also handling related audits (documented in Management System)
• Attend to all external audits (Regulatory, Certification Bodies, Customers and etc) and ensuring proper closure of findings raised
• Periodic follow-up on continuous improvement activities triggered by the above management systems
• Conduct food safety refresher training (including food safety & quality culture), RSPO related training to all operational staff periodically
• To conduct supplier’s audit as planned
• Conduct product contaminant screening and liaison with external labs for all analysis enquiries
• Handle sales inquiries such as questionnaires, contaminant compliance and etc
• Update the legal register of environmental issues upon receiving the latest revision
• Conduct traceability and mock recall annually and maintain all records
• Conduct monthly food safety meeting and share food safety related information
• Part of QA Team in FSSC, QEMS & SEDEX Certification Audit, RSPO Audit and unannounced Kosher Audit
• To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or other Science related disciplines
• Obtained Food Safety Course Level 3 certification
• Any QA related assessor certificate or certified QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor in ISO or equivalent will be advantageous.

Overall Job Purpose:

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of suppliers’ invoice and payment, billing to

customers and record-keeping of fixed assets for Cove/SLM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform suppliers’ invoice entry

• Perform expense coding

• Prepare payment documents

• Ensure sufficient funds for payments

• Perform billing to customers

• Ensure timely recording of purchased assets

• Ensure proper capitalisation of Work-in-progress (WIP) upon completion

• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

• Familiar with ERP accounting system or other financial systems
