Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Managing foreign worker passes and record the HR system.
• Recording worker's payroll
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Prepare documents, and contracts.
• Organise and maintain filing and record systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide day to day support for administration function

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Mandarin and English speaking and writing

• Coordinate, booking and tracking of Import shipments (Air & Warehouse)
• Handle transportation schedule and operations duties
• Monitor shipment status and update customer and sales team
• Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
• Prepare necessary documents for internal stakeholders to follow up
• Checking of shipments status
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Possess 2-3 years of airfreight experience
• High attention to details
• Able to work well independently
