Public Accountants Firm needs accounts assistants to do clients accounts and reporting GST Returns monthly or quarterly.

Accounts involve investment holdings, trading and etc. the candidates must have strong accounting knowledge and knowing myob accounting as this is the software being used. Accounting certificates needed in order to perform the works effectively.

Preparing the GL, financial statements and schedules on Balance Sheets items and profit or loss wherever necessary.

• Overseeing and ensuring smooth operation of the Front Office.
• Providing guests with a comfortable stay by ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, lobby, and other facilities are well-maintained.
• As a leader, nurture a high-performance culture within the Front Office department.
• Building rapport and strong relations with the Front Office team.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure that guests will be able to experience a clean and comfortable stay.
• Collaborate with Security to ensure efficient surveillance of the property and proper reporting/ follow-up of incidents.
• Be updated on the trends, evolving guests’ expectations, and changing needs relating to accommodations, services, and facilities.

• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Front Office.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Scope

• Accounting functions (bookkeeping, reconciliations, reports)
• Submit loan applications to relevant banks.
• Handle LTA matters
• Handle sales team documents
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum N Level
• At least 1 year of working experience in accounting & administrative duties
• Must be able to communicate effectively (using both verbal and written English)
