• Work with internal teams to execute sales and marketing activities to promote College’s capabilities and demand generation programs through on and offline campaigns, events, media releases, case studies, or websites.
• Manage downstream activity, including working with PaCE Operation Team to ensure smooth delivery of courses and learner’s journey and experience management.
• Oversee the whole process of managing and responding to enquires, constantly engage them with regular updates of the programmes available, and eventually work towards the goal of having them sign up for the programmes

Competencies and Qualification Requirements

• Degree qualification from a recognized university
• Knowledge on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / website design/ Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) will be an added advantage.
• Familiar/ well versed in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/ database management tools for tracking of leads, enquiries, and reporting purpose.
• Possess minimum 5 years of inbound and outbound sales experiences.
• Experience in hunting and farming sales in the Higher Education landscape. Professional services, and Consultative sales experience will be considered.
