Job Responsibilities

• Support finance, project and operations Team in general admin duties.
• Able to prepare a full set of accounts and a good understanding of double entry.
• Familiar with preparation of customer quotations and sales orders to support finance, project and operations activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

- Handle Purchase Orders/ Requisition

- Support Office management including overseeing inventories and office supplies

- Handles all office admin matters

- Attend to calls/visitors/vendors

- Meeting Arrangements / Meeting notes

- Travel and transport arrangement

- Maintenance of attendance records and access maintenance

- Support Training administration

- Handle new hire onboarding preparation

- Support office event and assist to organize events and activities

- Support management in administrative matters where needed

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

· Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of relevant admin or related experience

· Good organizational skills

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Competent in MS office- Excel, PowerPoint and Word

· Ability to work independently and as a team

· Demonstrate high level of ethical behavior and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
