A. Reporting and Data Management:

1. a. Accurately maintain and update daily Production WIP stock inventory, packaging materials inventory, and Production tally sheets.
2. Verify the accuracy of data entries and cross-check information with supporting documents.
3. Collaborate with relevant teams to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to production records or inventory levels.
4. Generate reports, summaries, and analyses of production and inventory data as required for manager review.

C. Store Organization and Management:

1. Assist in ensuring the store organizes and maintains an orderly storage facility.
2. Implement efficient storage systems to optimize space and accessibility.
3. Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
4. Ensure stores and materials are handled following FSMS standards.

D. Label Printing and Design:

1. Assist with the printing of labels for products and shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
2. Collaborate with relevant teams on design and update label templates as required.

E. Ad-hoc Support Duties:

1. Provide comprehensive support to the Operations/Production/QA Department.
2. Maintain records of transactions and processing according to compliance requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
