Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ERP accounting system).
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Recruitment matters.
• Onboarding & Offboarding for employees and expatriates.
• Payroll – incentive and overtime calculation, social security, provident funds, reconciliation, tax filing.
• Compensation and benefits - insurance renewal and enrollment, claims submission and administration, leave management etc.
• Organize internal and external employee training courses and evaluations.
• HR reporting and administration works.
• Support employee performance review and annual salary review activities.
• Support Indonesia branch on HR management.
• Other adhoc admin duties assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  Min. 1 year of relevant experience with good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
• Proficient in MS Office
