Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join their Dry Cargo team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the operations of voyage and time charters, working closely with clients to ensure smooth shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor and Coordinate Charters: Oversee the operations of voyage and time charters.

· Client Communication: Liaise with ship owners and charterers to ensure smooth voyage operations.

· Claims and Demurrage: Manage and resolve claims, including handling demurrage issues.

· Charter Documentation: Prepare and draw up charter party agreements.

Requirements

• Possess O Level / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience in F & B industry will be an advantage
• Able to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients
• Self discplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented
• Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual and yet an inclusive team player

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounts-related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge in Sage accounting system an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
