Invoicing

1) Prepare invoices to customers on daily basis in XERO software

2) Check the data entered tally with customers’ purchase order, signed contract and quotation and correct any errors and then update the information to the sales invoice module

Accounts Executive - AR

Responsibilities

• Verify and confirm Sales Orders in Booking System
• Generate Sales invoices, credit notes in SAP system
• Maintain Accounts Receivable sub-module in SAP system (i.e. post receipts, send invoices and monthly statement of accounts to customers, follow up on outstanding debts)
• Update revenue file maintained in Excel.
• Prepare monthly schedules for month end closing purposes

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate services with office-related vendors and service providers, food and beverage vendors, furniture vendors, stationery vendors, etc.

Project and Site Management

• Involved in project inception, development, implementation and completion, with respect to managing people, money and time
