6. Hardware and Software Management: Assist in the procurement, installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware devices, software applications, and IT equipment. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

7. User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various IT systems, applications, and network resources. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

8. IT Asset Inventory: Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Track asset lifecycle, usage, and allocation to optimize resource utilization and budget planning.

9. Security Awareness: Promote IT security awareness among employees by educating them on security policies, best practices, and procedures. Encourage compliance with security guidelines to mitigate risks and protect sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking concepts, and software applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and support.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation, organization, and task management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recording Transactions: Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in accounting software (Auto Count).
• Accounts Receivable and Payable: Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Tax Compliance: To prepare necessary documentation for tax filings and assist in audits.
• Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing
• Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized and secure financial records, in physical and digital formats.
• Obligatory Submissions: Assist in filing for GST quarterly as well as submission of CPF monthly.
• Others: Administrative duties including answering calls and attending emails.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily audit activities relating to casino operations in accordance with audit SOPs/ Checklists, perform investigation on variance discovered and follow up with business units on exceptions noted.
• Attend periodic stock take performed by business units and follow up on exceptions noted.
• Prepare accounting journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare authority reporting in compliance with the regulatory requirements (Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore & Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore).

Job Requirements

• Meet Gambling Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age

Responsibilities:

Events Management

• Manages Events proposal and Client Servicing
• Prepare Proposal and Quotations
• Conceptualise and propose ideas to make meaningful contribution to discussions
• Ability to source for suitable vendors and put forth good recommendations
• Ability to sketch ideas and knowledge of simple graphic skills will be a bonus

Installations

• In charge of overall Events and/or large format print installation works at the project site
• Intermediate understanding of structural installations including recommending usage of materials and problem solving skills
• Evaluate and select suppliers, do site recee, inspect and approve contractors’ work
• Knowledge of WSH a bonus
