Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Internal stakeholders including technology team to deliver business driven outcomes that drive revenue and cost saving impacts.
- Analyze business and credit requirements to ideate and improve business flows and processes.
- Conduct User Immersion interviews and insight gathering exercises to define problem statements, user pain points and needs.
- Raise user stories and requirements in Jira, providing detailed analysis on acceptance criteria and system-to-system field mapping.
- Work closely with the User Acceptance Testing team, advise on test data and scenarios to be covered during test execution alongside the Jira requirements.
- Coordinate with users to finalize live verification scope and monitor post go live to identify, enhance and resolve possible issues.
- Drive and prepare commercialization materials in collaboration with product team.
- Provide regular, proactive updates on project progress to stakeholders and senior management on scope, timeline and issues.
Requirements
- Diploma, bachelor or masters in business, IT or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong grasp of business analyst tools such as Swimlane business workflow diagrams, waste walk, prototyping, field mapping analysis, etc.
- Good Market knowledge with experience in SME segment, credit knowledge and lending products.
- Good to have some experience in project management and system implementation.
- Awareness of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and methodologies like Agile would be an advantage.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, a keen eye for detail used in planning and organizing, along with a proactive problem-solving attitude and mindset.
