Job Description

To provide administrative support for the Department's academic programmes and related activities.
- Admission exercise (logistics, coordinate interview arrangement and admission outcome)
- Timetabling, process module registration, collate semester teaching feedback
- Examination planning (e.g. assignment of venue, schedule, examiner), management (invigilation, logistic) and processing (pre and post exam graduation requirement checks, scripts checking, appeals, reports generation)
- Special Programmes (e.g. industrial attachments/internships, student exchanges)
- Graduation duties (procession, ushering)
- Attend to general enquiries
- Any other administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma holders. Those with no experience, with can-do attitude and willing to learn are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Execute conceptual design for MEP services and coordinate technical proposals with the design team.
• Acquire quotations for the project & award of tendering.
• Participate in site meetings and work with clients and stakeholders to assure M&E work progress.
• Adherence to statutory regulation and contractual commitments.
• Carry out handling the documentations and drawings as well as collaborate with the external QP/PE.
• Perform testing and commissioning of M&E and IT tasks.
• Deliver an exceptional service and foster a strong relationship with the clients.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering.
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience in the Construction/Design Industry.
• Proficient in the Design (Electrical Power & Control Systems)
• Excellent knowledge of the electrical installations in accordance with the government regulations.

· Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency

· Overseeing the financial operations of the nightclub to ensure compliance with industry standards

· Coordinating the entertainment schedule with the DJ and other staff members, such as security guards or event coordinators

· Overseeing the hiring process for new employees to ensure that they meet all requirements

· Discussing any concerns patrons might have with security staff and resolving issues if possible
