RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Director, Fundraising is responsible for leading and directing the fundraising strategies, campaigns and capital development initiatives. He/she will contribute to bringing a philanthropic spirit to the local community, focusing particularly on the public with the aim of developing a stronger commitment towards charity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team towards THKMC and department success within all regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise setups of event and conference
• Ensure all function rooms are turnover timely and efficiently
• Accountable for conference facilities and tenants
• Responsible for handling, storage, security and proper records of all equipment

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualifications in Hotel Management
• Minimum 3 years of banquet/events operations experience, including 1 year in an executive position
• Strong analytical, problem resolution and time management skills
• Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under time and resource pressure by managing priorities and deadlines
• Able to work during public holidays and weekends when required

JOB PURPOSE

Provides professional services on corporate secretarial matters for a portfolio of clients, including incorporating and managing corporate structures. This role may require managing a team, and assisting the Manager or Director to streamline processes, increase revenue & productivity and enhance staff morale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of clients by providing full set of corporate secretarial services;

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Listing Rules and other regulatory and statutory requirements; Maintain good relationship with clients;

• Build opportunities for additional services providing to existing clients;

• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of the team;

• Supervise and review subordinates’ work including performance review and progresses

• Assist to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team;

• Oversee issuing of invoices and ensuring payments are made;

• Ensure filing deadlines are met;

• Prepares resolutions and correspondences to clients;

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder; member of ICSA;

• Minimum 6 to 8 years’ relevant experience gained from professional firms/CPA firm/law firm ;

• Prior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage;

• Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practises and be familiar with Companies Act and regulations of regulatory bodies;

• Intermediate knowledge of Viewpoint is preferred.

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
