Job Description & Requirements

- Research/development in China to import and explore more suitable products to Singapore

- Maintain a good relationship with existing China Suppliers and quality control on our product imports

- To ensure all documentation & goods delivery to us on time

- To carry-out & maintain a good management system between China and Singapore operations

- To implement new advance equipment/machinery to help bring our company technologically

forward in anticipation of new business opportunities.

- To explore & develop our business overseas especially China in due course

Job Description:

• Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
• Liase with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
• Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
• To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
• On-site supervision of work progress
• Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
• Assist in finalising accounts of MYE Sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects is an advantage
• Highly motivated, independent, initiative and responsible.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
