• Collaborate with the Management Team and Stakeholders to define and implement the Company’s Quality Strategy.

• Implement risk assessment systems for all critical control points in the whole quality process flow.
• Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.
• Liaise with vendors on purchase and calibration of production equipment, gauges and Quality consumables.
• Develop and continuously build staff competencies, skills and knowledge through competency gap analysis and team members’ career progression and development plan.
• Identify and integrate relevant QA software into existing quality process flow to increase work efficiency and productivity.
• Support sales team when required by working together to liaise with external customers and stakeholders to deliver timely corrective actions.

Overview of the Role
