Qualifications and Requirements:

• Secondary ‘N’ or ‘O’ level school Certificates
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in logistics: Warehousing or Distributions.
• Satisfactory communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer literate skills (email, excel, word) are an added advantage but not a requirement.
• Able to multitask and handle fast paced environment.
• Carries a class 3 Driving License.

Job Info:

• Salary: Basic from $3200 - $3800 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Scope:

• Review, develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Offer comprehensive HR and administrative assistance (e.g., drafting appointment letters, conducting new staff orientations, etc.)
• Provide end-to-end HR and administrative support for foreign employees, including handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Oversee government grant claims such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and report submissions
• Supervise employee training and development requirements and manage the full training cycle and courses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
• Undertake any ad hoc or administrative tasks as assigned

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the organization, planning, control and execution of project
• Lead and manage a team of operational staff to meet the objectives and targets
• Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works program and produce long term works plans
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
• Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants and contractors
• Support Commercial team in handling contractual matters when required
• Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure project budget, purchase terms and conditions are met.
• To maintain healthy project cash flow and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• To chair project safety committee and ensure safety standards are met and dealt with in a timely manner.
• To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirement

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years’ relevant working experience in a managerial position.
• Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
• Other pre-requisites are excellent team spirit, strong technical competence, good interpersonal skills and with a “can-do” attitude.
