Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and interfacing with contractors and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of T&I engineering principles, project management methodologies, and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
