Job Summary

The Commercial Contracts Manager will in large part work with and support the APAC sales organization. • Process and handle/settle Corporate Fire, Engineering, Liability and Professional Indemnity claims.
• Assess policy liability, investigate claims, compute and determine claim amount payable based on policy cover and management guidelines.
• General correspondence with other insurers, brokers, surveyors/adjuster, lawyers and claimants.
• Prepare claims settlement/payment instructions.
• Prepare Major Loss Advice (MLA) for large losses for Directors, Reinsurers and other stakeholders when needed.
• Handle and manage claim enquiries/complaints/provide feedback etc
• Compile, analyze and submit claims reports as and when required.
• Pursue recoveries on Reinsurance/ Subrogation/ Co insurance

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering/Technology or related course.

· 18+ years of relevant experience in Temenos Transact

· Development experience in T24 platforms and provide solutioning expertise to the Dev team.

· Good understanding of T24 – Pricing domain/Products/related domains.

· Working experience in wealth management and customer self-service platforms.

· Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document the requirements and prepare functional specification documents.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management,

· Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.

· Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.

(a) To furnish incident reports for fire incidents or related emergencies

(b) To monitor, review and put in place measures to reduce false fire alarm for the premises

(c) To prepare and submit reports to the Authority on fire or other related matters when requested

(d) To endorse annual Fire Certificate renewal with PE endorsement
