The Cluster FP&A Manager will be dedicated to MedTech sector and will partner with Finance leader of the large cluster in enabling Business Unit Finance’s success in Planning & Updates, Reporting, and Analytics activities. This role will be critical in developing relationships with key stakeholders within the Business Unit Finance team as well as relevant Business Partners to ensure their FP&A needs are being met.

You will supervise a team of 2-3 analysts and be responsible for coaching, providing feedback and developing the necessary FP&A skills of the analysts. You will play a pivotal role in reviewing critical outputs / work products produced by the Analysts and forging internal collaboration across the team to ensure high service delivery.

You will also play a pivotal role in the simplification & standardization initiative. You will ensure appropriate standardization of FP&A activities within the cluster and will support the FP&A Director in identifying and evaluating opportunities to refine and enhance the global standards. POSITION OBJECTIVE:

To oversee the Finance Department by ensuring the accounting records are kept in accordance to Town Councils statutory and legislation requirements.

• Oversee and lead the Finance Department with the Finance Manager;
