As a Marine Assurance Officer, you are an independent operational adviser, auditor and coach for the Company and vessels on matters related to marine assurance. You provide day-to-day Quality, Healthy and Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) advice and active assistance within the business unit, department, vessel and or project. Responsibilities:

• Assist Head of HR in managing full spectrum of HR admin duties, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll submission
• Work closely with respective heads of department to identify training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
• Familiar with the Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax Act and other HR-related rules and regulations in Singapore
• A team player who displays initiative and can work independently
• Strong communication skills and an active listener

• Incharge of advertising/communication campaigns (social media platforms, e-commerce platforms, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Attend to walk-in customers and inquiries from various social media platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Etc.).

Responsibilities:

You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works. In addition, you would need to manage and attend to residents/tenants’ feedback as well arrears cases.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.

Job Description

• Verify building defects and to coordinate with the contractors to access rooms to carry out work.
• Attend and verify all enquiries/feedback of building defects pertaining to maintenance, landscape, cleaning, and pest control in the premises are carried out/rectified to the highest standard expected of the building owner and meet the SLA.
• Carry out room inspections during mass check in/out exercises, AV and logistics set up for conference events/facilities bookings.
