Your role as a Senior Project Manager has a key role in delivering complex projects that involves participation of several departments, 3rd party providers as well as external customers. The Operations Specialist/Associate will be a key member of the Operations team, with a focus on delivering both Trade Management Business As Usual (BAU) activities and project-related work. The successful candidate will cover the trade management daily Operations activities in Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for ensuring that all trades arrive from the various front end trade capture systems, and are processed into such in a timely manner

Key job responsibilities
Business Partner:

• Develop a deep understanding of sales metrics, reporting tools, and data structure in order to identify and drive resolution of issues, provide actionable intelligence.
• Establish and maintains forecasts models to minimize business risks and maximize business opportunities. Applies judgment on health of the business and influences related management decisions.
• Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions for AWS ASEAN.
• Partner closely with SSOE team, Sales Leaders to drive Pan ASEAN initiatives to drive commercial success and operational improvements (pipeline targets, pipeline hygiene etc).
• Manage business exceptions and escalations – Liaison with key stakeholders to resolve inter regional, business unit, segment and geo exceptions and escalations.

Mechanism support and enhancement:

• Lead workstreams aimed at automation and driving operational improvement for immediate and broader business.
• Support key sales planning and reporting mechanisms (e.g. Annual Planning, Quarterly Business Review, Monthly Business Review) with data, scalable templates and insights.
• Help with the execution of components of territory planning, sales quota setting, sales compensation management, revenue planning, headcount planning, goals planning, and MBO target setting and budgeting.
• Proactively identify and implement operational processes and/or reporting that simplify, standardize and enable operational excellence.
• Identify, and propose new metrics, dashboards, scorecards to monitor and improve our business.

Reporting and insights:

• Independently define analytical approach to solve complex analytics problems with the ability to flex among various data tools according to the problem and data
• Design and implement scalable solutions to generate actionable business insights from large complex datasets.
• Generate financial and operational performance analysis and reports that align to, and simplify monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes.
• Derive recommendations from analysis that have impact on multiple teams and provide significant business value
• Resolve sales operational issues end to end in a timely manner.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of industry experience in data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, etc.)
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, SQL, Python and manipulating large data sets
• Deep expertise in data visualization software (QuickSight, Tableau) for effective data and insights presentation.
• Strong and effective written and oral communication to convey findings, with a track record of presenting to senior management

• Great organizational skills and attention to detail; able to execute and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company (e.g., cloud, SaaS, PaaS)
• Experience working with Salesforce, Anaplan

Salary: $3200 - $3800

• Managing the training materials for onboarding associates’ product training
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
