About the position

This is a two-year Management Trainee program. You will be involved in the whole process of game and digital art production. The Regional Business Field Manager is responsible for

• Develop and implement a G2M-Strategy for the Business Field Manufacturing Industries on the sub-region or country level together with the sub-regions or countries following the global business field strategy.

This role reports to the Manufacturing Controller for Singapore and Philippines and will ensure accurate financial data for our manufacturing site located in Singapore. The role also ensures strong financial compliance, drives productivity initiatives, and ensures the function operates at a high level of excellence. Singapore produces 2/3 of the electronics components (300 FTE) and about 1/3 of hearing aids (100 FTE) produced by WSA globally.

What you will do

• Manage site operations and financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and tools

• Ensure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing process

• Provide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimates…)

• Ensure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the site

• Implement key internal control processes regarding site assets

• Support plant operations Continuous Improvement and monitor site productivity plans (labour, overheads, material)

• Manage site accounting support and interface for tax credit, grants and subsidies

• Elaborate and report all information related to profitability analysis

• Support Operations management control by ensuring proper supply of all costing information
