Job Description

● Ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s digital investment platform by:

○ Processing investor’s withdrawal request

○ Attending to investor’s emails/calls about investment and other related matters

○ Report and resolve any platform’s technical issue with the IT team

● Prepare monthly monthly, quarter, and annual submissions to MAS

● Liaising with outsourced compliance consultant to ensure legal compliance with government regulations

● Liaising with the corporate secretarial firm on all company secretarial-related matters

● Maintaining company records on directorship, shareholding and company secretary

● Assist in other administrative matters as required, including corporate documents/letters filing and document submission to relevant external parties

Reporting to the Supply Strategy Manager, you will structure and drive initiatives to evaluate, develop, execute, and manage existing and new opportunities for the business. Additionally, you will engage owners and operators of parking spaces to bring our service closer to our users. Day to Day Activities

• Build and nurture quality relationships with fleet owners, owners and operators of parking spaces, and insurers so as to establish GetGo as the carsharing partner of choice
• Negotiate for and secure mutually beneficial outcomes for prospective partners
• Identify and secure vehicle and locations partners to expand GetGo’s Singapore network
• Structure, propose, and implement initiatives to drive adoption and utilisation of GetGo
• Present weekly business reports to internal stakeholders
• Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities
• Support the evaluation of new business opportunities to widen GetGo’s service offerings
• Pitch and secure opportunities to introduce GetGo to new segments of users

Who We Are Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Actuary, Economics, or a related field
• Valid Class 3 licence with good track records
• Knowledge and interest of the Singapore automotive industry, car park operations, and / or facilities management will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with and presenting data
