Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Head of Air Conditioner Business to lead our Air Conditioner Division in the Southeast Asia & Oceania Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and enhancing brand recognition within the region. Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute short-term and long-term business plans to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals for the Air Conditioner Division in the Southeast Asia & Oceania Region

· Lead and motivate a team of sales managers, product managers, marketing specialists, and customer support staff to deliver exceptional results

Residential Air Conditioners (Split Type and Floor Standing ACs):

· Develop and implement sales strategies for consumer air conditioners, including split-type and floor-standing ACs, to capture a larger market share in the region

· Collaborate with retail partners and distributors to expand product availability and increase sales

· Conduct regular market research to understand consumer preferences and develop new product features and designs that cater to local markets

· Manage product development and launch processes for consumer air conditioners, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards

Systems Air Conditioning (VRF and Split Type):

· Develop and implement regional sales strategies for systems air conditioning

· Expand and strengthen AC professional channel partners to effectively capitalize on market demands coming from SMB to large-scale B2B projects.

· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the B2B sector, positioning Samsung as a reliable and innovative partner for systems air conditioning solutions

· Lead engineering teams to design customized systems air conditioning solutions that meet the specific requirements of each client

· Manage total project timelines and ensure timely delivery of systems air conditioning projects, maintaining high-quality standards across the region

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred

· At least 15 years of experience in the air conditioning industry, with a proven track record of leading and growing businesses in the Southeast Asia & Oceania Region

· Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and financial analysis

Join us as a Project Safety Engineer (PSE), where you will be responsible to perform systems safety engineering activities required to develop a safe solution (mainly a software), product or projects. KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As aProject Safety Engineer, you are accountable for:

As a Project Safety Engineer, you conduct safety engineering activities and produce the required artefacts on time, budget and quality for the allocated project / product.

This includes:

· Conducting a range of activities that identify and address safety hazards and risks by ensuring compliance to legislations, safety policies and the Thales Solution Safety Management System

· Developing and maintaining safety key artefacts: system safety program plans, safety case reports, hazard logs, risk assessments, preliminary system safety assessments and system safety assessments commensurate with the processes, standards and best practices employed by air traffic management domain including fault tree analysis and GSN

Working together with government, non-profit, and grassroots organizations, SAGE will empower older adults to actively participate in community development, fostering mental, social, and physical well-being. The chosen candidate will undertake a support role in running formative research for SAGE, including Participatory Action Research (PAR), the development and validation of instruments and approaches, and evaluation of community capacities.
