Main purpose of the job

The primary role of a Global Category Manager – Professional Business services is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships. The Global Category Manager also manages, and tracks plans and budgets against objectives, key value drivers, and related KPIs. Risk management, with a focus on price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability, is a key part of the role. Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

• Working with stakeholders and users, perform data analysis, trend observations and derive actionable insights to drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper extraction, validation, and storage of data from various systems.
• Conceptualise and develop operational dashboards to meet the business needs and to provide quality oncology care.
• Work with the team to design and architect the workflow of the data and algorithms including data input, output and storage between various health IT systems.
• Perform data analytics and/or data mining from various systems
• Collate clinical and management information for the department and hospital.
• Provide regular updates highlighting concerns to Section Heads and Head of Department.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

• Manage IT projects and/or new system implementation.

Key Requirements

• A recognised degree in Mathematics, IT or Data Analytics with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Good system and data analysis and reporting skills. Knowledge in data visualisation / analytical / statistical tools (e.g., Tableau, R, Python) will be an advantage.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Practical knowledge of hospital operations, medical systems/applications, data analytics would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to oversee the development and use of data systems in ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE-ID)

ADVANCE-ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focussed on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. The Role

The Coca Cola Company (TCCC) is implementing multiple Marketing Transformation Projects in partnership with WPP, example consolidation of digital platforms, projects to collect, nurture and activate 1 PD, implementation of data lake, reporting automation etc. All these projects are governed and managed by the WPP OpenX Transformation Team. As a Project Manager with this team, you will be responsible for supervision, governance and monitoring of the projects assigned to you and/or be the hands-on project manager for projects where needed. As the Project Manager, you will:

• Provide 360-degree project governance and oversight and/or be the hands on project manager from start to finish (all phases of the project life cycle including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment and post deployment reviews and assessments)

Requirement:
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Polytechnic Diploma
• Min 1 year of experience as Project Engineer
• Able to read and write in proficient English
