JOB SCOPE

You are expected to be a professional and competent Escort Officer (EO) to provide security escort services to the First/Second Line Maintenance Engineers (FLM/SLM Engineers) in servicing Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and similar financial machines and products. During your course of work, you are expected to travel from one ATM’s designated location to another to facilitate the diagnosis and solution to each machine.

You will represent the Company in a manner that reflects positively on its image and reputation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

· Responsible for the timely and proper security escort of FLM/SLM Engineers in the course of their work. This includes:

o Arm and disarm alarm panels at sites;

o Provide an independent security presence and coverage to FLM/SLM Engineers including checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, and security violations;

o Observe and Report suspicious activities or incidents to the Company Management

o Provide as an independent checker to FLM/SLM Engineers’ work output where necessary;

o Exert physical strength such as reasonable lifting, bending, squatting, walking, and standing for prolonged periods.

· Responsible for the ownership of the assigned issue/problem until the situation has been resolved to the client’s satisfaction or in accordance to the agreed service level/ performance indicators.

· Responsible to follow all appropriate security procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the course of work.

· Responsible for all Company’s assets and ensure their proper and optimal usage. Assets includes tools, equipment, vehicles, documents and intellectual property.

· Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of calls, activities, status updates or any other reporting as required in the course of work. This includes the tracking, documentation and reporting of all expenses incurred in the delivery of services where needed.

· Responsible to uphold integrity and reputation of the Company at all times.

· Responsible for the timely and proper completion of any other responsibilities or duties as assigned by the Company.

Primary Duties

• Attend to all calls from property site staff, helpdesk, security, tenants, and the public in response to any service breakdown.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works according to quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct technical investigations in response to fault calls.
• Provide summary reports on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Comply with regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and report accidents, near misses and incidents in accordance with WSH reporting practices.
• Support the use of the latest smart facilities management trends or technologies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent;
• General competency in the use of computers; and
• Capable in English writing and reporting

• Min 1-2 years of related experience

• Administration preparation for TCMRG 6th Grant Call launch
• TCM Development Grant (TCMDG)
• Check, collate and process TCMDG individual TCMPs’ claims application for attending CPE courses
• Process Letter of Acceptance, DCA forms and fund disbursement for awarded clinics and CPE providers under TCMDG
• TCM Clinical Training Programme (CTP)
• Schedule rotation of CTP trainees among participating TCM institutions
• Provide administrative support for the ongoing programme
• TCM branch finance matters
• Processing of non-invoices and e-invoices for upload to NFS for payment
• Tracking of TCM branch projects’ funding utilisation

Job Requirements (to input any required fields of study and mandatory skills)

• Bachelor’s degree, in any discipline. Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine will be advantageous. Salary hourly : S$17.00 per hour (Degree with no work experience).
