Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Maintenance Planning & Cost Control Department in SIA Engineering Division. You will be part of the team that oversees Maintenance Planning.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Project Manager, APAC to manage our training and development initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. APAC ILT Participants:

• Lead recruitment drives for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs.

APAC UGro Participants:

• Identify suitable personnel for the UGro program.
• Track attendance and motivation levels of UGro participants.

Internship Program:

• Develop a structured internship program for technical personnel.

About the Role

• Provide the cost and contracts administration services.
