You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and match them with appropriate financing solutions. This role involves extensive knowledge of the lending market, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial requirements, including home loans, personal loans, business loans, and more.

Market Research: Stay updated with current lending products, interest rates, and lending policies to offer the most accurate and relevant information to clients.

Loan Structuring: Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable financing structures, including facilities amounts, tenures, and interest rates.

Application Assistance: Assist clients in completing financing applications and gather the necessary documentation required by lending institutions.

Lender Negotiation: Work on behalf of clients to negotiate the best financing terms, interest rates, and repayment conditions with various lending institutions.

Compliance: Ensure that all loan processes adhere to Singaporean financial regulations and policies.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients throughout the financing process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your pipeline, keeping track of application status and follow-ups to ensure timely loan disbursement.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.

Salary: Basic salary of $2K to $4K plus attractive commission (average $3K to >$10K)

Job Requirements

• Ph.D. degree holder in a relevant discipline. Ph.D. applicants nearing completion will also be considered.
• Applicant with teaching and/or working experience in the relevant area will have an added advantage

Responsibilities:

Source for projects on relevant tender platforms including sesami and gebiz
Develop proposal documents in response to RFP, RFQ and tenders
Produce quantity measurement within targeted timeline
Prepare and call quotations, including analyzing and evaluating for costing of tender
Support to ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bid

Construction

Assist in preparing cost budget, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers
Certify and evaluate progress work done, includes contract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contract works.
Assess and submit monthly progress claim, and recommend subcontractor’s monthly progress payment
