Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects
• Plan, manage, coordinate and execute retail and commercial projects
• Attend site meetings and inspections
• Co-ordinate with related parties on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
• Supervise projects to ensure smooth operations
• Report to management team/clients on project status
• Oversee project progress and prepare weekly report

Requirement:

• At least 2 years' experience in project management (General Contractor field)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• General reading and writing in Chinese and English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)

• Review drawings, design notes, and critical specifications
• Attend site meetings, inspections, monitor and report of project progress
• Liaise and coordinate with related parties (e.g., authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers etc.) through regular meetings to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule
• Assist in shop drawing submission
• Supervision at workshop and project site to ensure smooth operations

• Monitor daily progress at project site
• Report to management team on project status
• Ensure project's quality is in line with company's standards

Requirement
