Reporting to the Deputy Director (DD) of Strategic Planning and Management, the Senior Manager’s key role is to lead the Planning and Performance Management team to drive planning processes and support the performance management for the organisation. In this role, you will lead the SCH Work Plan Cycle which includes working with SCH’s stakeholders to develop a 3 yearly work plan aligned to SingHealth’s strategic objectives and focus areas. You will also lead in the development and review of the SCH Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) by conducting regular strategic reviews of the fast-changing healthcare landscape and in the development and enhancement of Senior Management decision making tools and platforms. You will review strategic areas such as bundled care performances and oversee the timely reporting for key reports to SingHealth and Ministry of Health (MOH).

The incumbent will also take charge in the continued development and enhancement of SCH’s data repository system and work closely with stakeholders to understand their operational needs and data analytics requirements and drive the capability building of stakeholders in the area of data analytics. You will also partner and support clinical services planning and development through proposal development, project management from initial planning stage through implementation.
