Purpose:

• Provide support to FUJIFILM Asia Pacific (FFAP), FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) and all operating companies in the Asia Pacific region on applications relating to Business Intelligence (BI) for management & operational reporting and integration layer with source data systems.

The key roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Key accountabilities:

• Design BI architecture in Azure cloud and migrate on-premise BI systems to Azure
• Lead in user requirements gathering and perform system impact analysis of changes required by business from technical perspective
• Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information gathering
• Perform feasibility study to ascertain area of automation
• Propose and review solutions with respective stakeholders affected by the change

Retail Project Manager

The Retail Project Manager has a solid understanding of project management principles and good communication skill. This position involves overseeing various aspects of marketing execution management, including experience store renovation, event project management, market research, consumer insight analysis, brand experience zone strategy development and implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging brand experience across various touchpoints. By effectively managing these aspects of the role, you will contribute to delivering the exceptional brand experiences, ensuring they align with brand strategy, resonate with target audience.

Responsibilities:

Project Management (Retail, Event, Other Marketing campaign)

• Planning and managing the renovation of physical retail spaces, event to align with brand’s guide and project objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors to ensure timely and successful execution of the project
• A proactive approach to client management, excellent interpersonal skill
• Overseeing the execution, timeline management, quality control during the process
• Experiencing in budgeting including creating, tracking budget for brand experience initiatives.

Market Research & Consumer insight analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum over 5 years of project management experience in retail or/and event with proven abilities in coordination, execution, timeline management and budget management
• Self-motivated to put in the necessary effort to achieve desired result, Proactive, agile and flexible mindset, committed, creative, organizer, team player attitude is essential.
• Hold a Polytechnic Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
• Knowledge of Adverting industry is preferred
