• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills and strong analytical skills in bilingual
• Equipped with leadership skills in which able to lead the engineers in completing the jobs.
• Able to work 6 days per week at the Site office.
• Experienced in the construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m high, with deep basement structures.
• Possess excellent leadership, planning, good management skills, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills to lead a team of engineers and contractors while liaising with peers and colleagues from various departments. Possess the mental and physical stamina to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines/vision.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates given business communications

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full cycle of sales activities of residential development projects
• Proactive and resourceful in canvassing potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipeline and clinch sale through various platforms and channels
• Network and conduct viewings for prospects and solicit sales
• Handle enquiries and presentation of property details
• Proficiently administer all sales and legal documentation pertaining to the sales and in compliance with statutory and company regulations
• Follow up and track on sales leads, prospects and daily showflat’s visitor
• Prepare and submit sales analysis reports and work plans to Management
• Establish positive, long-lasting value-based relationships with customers and property agents
• Preparation of all sales related documents and ensure that all sales related documents are properly filled and commission recorded accurately
• Versed in Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing requirements and conducts screening of customers
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate/ Marketing
• 3 to 5 years of relevant direct sales experience with property developers
• Experience dealing with high-end luxury properties are advantageous
• Candidates with a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certification would have added advantage
• Confident in delivery of sales presentation in both English and Chinese required
• Possess an outgoing and self-motivated personality with customer service-oriented, sales-driven mindset
• Independent, meticulous and have sound understanding of the property buying and selling property process
• Good knowledge of statutory and/ or real estate regulatory compliance
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work on shifts (Including weekends and/or public holidays)
