About the Role

As a Digital Insurance Project Manager, your core responsibility will be to oversee and manage the implementation of new and/or existing projects within CoverGo's operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong drive to lead transformative projects in the insurtech industry.

What You Will Do

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead project planning sessions with the internal team and client's staff
• Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCs
• Participate in proposal and POC processes (i.e. design, submission, and review)
• Support the creation of contracts and related communication with clients
• Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Host regular/weekly project review and create reports with key metrics about team and project status using company standard metrics
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
• Continuously optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary

What We Need

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is a plus
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
• Insurance domain knowledge is a must
• Strong client facing experience is a must
• Technical skills are a plus
• Has experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

As a member of the Project Management team, the Project Manager directs and controls a variety of projects throughout a global organization, ensuring that the projects are conducted on time, within budget using project management best practices to ensure the highest level of quality. You Will:

• Ensure successful, timely and effective delivery of change projects
• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules, managing tasks and teams on the project’s critical path
• Be responsible for scope control with stakeholders, task execution with the project team and relevant upward communication to managers and senior stakeholders
• Help define process improvements and feedback for the project, including any strategies required for timely execution
• Gather or track the completion of necessary artifacts required for development of each project, including but not limited to risk assessments, technical architecture drawings, requirements, design specifications, testing, change plans, etc.
• Provide feedback to project stakeholders, including specification feedback, issue escalation to managers or scope changes/clarifications to project resources
• Update relevant project information in real time and work across all departments to deliver projects that align to the organization's strategic vision
• Assess and manage risks and issues, take corrective measures accordingly

This strategic channel role will develop the full 360 degree Cloud Service Provider partner led growth from leveraging CSP partner teams, CSP partner reach and marketplaces. Reporting to the ASEAN Channel Director you will center your role on developing and growing channel led opportunities with partners who actively drive revenue for their business via cloud providers and marketplaces..

You will be responsible for educating and engaging the sales account teams within partners and at Palo Alto Networks on the benefits of tri party collaboration. We win by deliberate joint account engagement to solve our joint customers biggest challenges of securing their digital future. Area of focus includes developing solutions related to customer engagement/service portals, workflow automation, digital marketing and data analytics.

The Web / Mobile Developer will join us in driving digital transformation by participating in the design and development of innovative web and mobile applications. The candidate shall report to the Application Development Manager of Digital Lab or any other person designated by the Head of Department of Group IT.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Collaboration

1. Participate in the discovery, conceptualization, process re-engineering, articulation, and implementation of scalable software developments;
2. Work closely with the application development manager, project manager, solution architect, application support team and third-party technology partners to ensure that the developed solutions fulfill business requirements.

Solution, Development and Operation

1. Translate functional requirements into technical specifications;
2. Clearly articulate options and solutions; communicate pros and cons and participate in the decision-making process related to the solution architecture;
3. Focus on code quality and reusability; follow and contribute to the development of best practices and standards;
4. Develop prototypes, minimum viable products and full-fledged operational solutions.
5. Design, develop and enhance web and/or mobile applications using OutSystems low-code development platform.
6. Work closely with internal IT staff and/or outsource IT providers to ensure delivery of services, solutions and resolutions of incidents problem within the agreed timelines;
7. Develop release notes and implementation procedures;
8. Support the configuration of productivity tools and development environments;
9. Oversee overall support and maintenance services of applications developed;
10. Support in planning of test, training and deployment of programs;
11. Employ the appropriate tool sets to enhance third party applications and develop reports, workflows, forms and/or new small applications;

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other related disciplines.
2. At least 2 years of experience as a software developer or development lead, having completed at least 1 full software development lifecycle for a non-trivial web or mobile application.
3. At least 6 months of OutSystems development experience is required.
4. Experience in Web development using .Net or J2EE.
5. Mobile app development using native development tools, e.g. Swift, Objective-C, Android SDK.
6. Strong knowledge in working with Web services and API technologies (RESTful and SOAP) connecting to payment gateway, social media, email, ecommerce.
7. Good understanding of data models and RDMS.
8. Experience working with Agile Methodologies and Scrum.
9. Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
10. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
11. Strong focus on business outcomes.
