To provide secretariat, administrative and operational support to the Branch at MOE (Grange Road).

Immediate: 30 June 2025 (subject to extension on request)-About 8 months for the following hours:

· Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

· Support the procurement process including sourcing for items or services and assisting with the purchases in accordance to stipulated guidelines.

· Manage inventory of collaterals/training resources, fixed assets, movement and loan of IT assets and system access.

· Perform secretarial duties as personal assistant to the branch director.

· Take on any admin related projects/ duties assigned by the supervisors.

Scope of work:

The IT Application BA shall focus on the business requirements and functional solutions aspects of the project.

The BA shall be involved in the requirement study and gathering, testing and driving a smooth deployment, adoption and support the ongoing operations of the project.

• Candidate must have minimally 5 years of IT Application BA relevant experience i.e. understand solution engineering concepts and methods, and have produced technical application architecture design or specifications.

• Candidate must have worked on at least one project with practical experience in Agile Methodologies, tools and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• A Business Analyst will be working in the Company as a key member of the project team, comprising the Project Manager and Solution Architect (where applicable), to deliver enterprise ICT capabilities.
• The Business Analyst’s primary focus will be on the business requirements and functional solution aspects of the project.
• Elicit, scope and manage business requirements;
• Develop the business case and projects specifications;
• Analysis with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of the functional / design specifications;
