Qualification & Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

· 10+ years of experience in IT either as Project Manager

· 3+ years of experience in software development

The candidate will:

· Follow-up with the projects managers and projects’ PMO and participate in the

weekly/monthly project meetings, act as SPoC for the architecture team for the projects

· Organize and plan the architecture committees. Make sure the deliverables are

available on time for the committee to take place.

· Review capacity of architects and their assignment. Make sure it is compatible with the

various on-going projects’ planning

· Attend project meetings and raise to architects any point that will require some

investigation or analysis. Make minutes focused on architecture issues. Escalate in case

of misalignment/derogation.

· Represent architects and architecture team position in the meetings where architects

cannot attend. Be able to understand architecture and technical topics.

· Build and maintain the high-level architecture view of the program. Help preparing

architecture documentation for Group architecture committees.

· Document and/or update WMIS architecture principles with the help of architects

Requirements

• Solid technical knowledge related to structural, architectural and M&E works
• Good knowledge of statutory and safety regulations/requirements

About Us

We are a local architectural repair consultancy practice. Beside repair consultancy, we also manage projects like A&A, repainting and reroofing works.

Why recruiting

Due to the expansion of our project management department, we are looking for candidate to strengthen our team.

Environment

We are managing works with duration between 6 to 12 months. It is a fast-track environment with many stakeholders and sometimes conflicting interest to manage. As our contracts are short duration and overlap, the candidate is expected to manage a few sites at the same time.

The Work

1. Managing multiple repair, repainting and re-roofing projects
2. Conduct of tender exercise and site showround
3. Calling of quote for Contractors
4. Compilation and documentation
5. Attend to meeting and tender interview

The Office

The work is mainly office based with occasional visit to site (condominium mostly and occasionally office and factory) to verify and check on site work and contractor’s claim.

The Team

You will work in a team with quality surveyor, customer service officer and project director. We are also work closely with contractors who formed the “external” team.

The Hours

We work from Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm) with the occasional site visit on Saturday (half day). There are some night meetings to attend to, usually between 7-10 pm. The meetings are mostly through remote and can be done from home. Occasionally our physical presence is required.
