Key duties & responsibilities

The Project Admin primarily offers support to ensure workplace efficiency. Assist the respective managers through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and daily routines. Familiar with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Ability to effectively communicate via phone, email, and collaboration platforms, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the General Manager in daily administrative tasks.
• Providing administrative support for the General Manager
• Respond and resolves administrative requests and inquiries.
• Working closely with Management Team as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.
• Do quotations
• Providing other organizational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.
• Involved in Ad-Hoc Projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels / Nitec. At least 1 year of experience in administrative role.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

• This position will, under limited supervision, work as a part of a high-energy team to support all Project Management functions for the Departments. This will involve acting as frontline support for the Microsoft Project Enterprise system to all levels of the organization. The daily activities will include, but not be limited to, assisting users with Project Assignments for weekly timesheets, assisting Project Managers in the constructions and upkeep of Development Project Schedules, providing reports on Project Cost and Status as requested, ensuring MS Project and SAP are kept in sync through manual updates, continuous maintenance of user database for MS Project System.
• Responsibilities:Experience requested for this position will be a passion for planning and customer service. Microsoft Office proficiency is a must and experience in scheduling software (MS Project / P6) is a plus but not required. A strong personality and willingness to champion the department policies to all users will be very beneficial.

o Client device staging and image distribution
o Client device deployment & OS upgrade scheduling
o Client device acceptance
o Submission of Declaration Form & billing (if any)
• Support Project Manager on administrative matters (eg. Purchase etc.)
• Track and compile project report regularly.
• Update assets records of client devices handled by project team.
• Work with NCS project team in ensuring that the client devices’ inventory records are updated & accurate
• Work with NCS project team to handover the client devices for O&S
• Monitor, track & review the Project migration output and key project progress milestone.
• Submit the progress reports to Project Manager


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Singaporean only
• IT Diploma and above
• Good Knowledge in using Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office (Excel is a must), Outlook and desktop productivity tools
• Good project management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within targeted timeframes and maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times
• Good customer service skills
• Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
