Your day to day role would involve the following activities:

• Responsible for Quality Assurance review and performing constructability reviews of interim design package submittals.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality audit plan of design, procurement, construction and testing activities in accordance with any necessary guidelines.
• Developing and maintaining a database of quality audits and field quality surveillance reports to document the effectiveness of design-build contractors quality plan throughout design and construction.
• Evaluating the progress of construction and ensure the corrective action is implemented to resolve problems or field related construction issues.
• Conducting routine quality program meetings with design-build contractor and program management staff to report on quality progress.
• Assisting in the development of special procedures for construction testing and inspection.
• Assisting in the close-out, certification and system commissioning.
• Directing functional responsibilities and work schedules of quality assurance personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform periodic walk-through, validation of equipment status, amber lights check, etc.
• Review work order requests in the queue and respond to semi-routine work orders by adhering to commitment times.
• Escalate and expedite orders to appropriate teams upon standard operating procedures.
• Rack and stack semi-routine customer equipment tickets.
• Support datacenter standard operating cross-connect work order requests.
• Support standard operating testing and standard operating installations of customer assets.
• Support standard operating procedures of layer 1 cross-connect certification testing.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Lead a team of Customer Experience Officers to achieve KPI
• Respond to survey enquiries via inbound calls and emails
• Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls
• Reach out to the respondents to assist them to complete the survey
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Assess work performance of officers and identify areas that need improvement
• Organize workflow and ensure that officers understand their duties and delegated tasks
• Set goals for KPI and deadlines in accordance to the project timeline to ensure project’s success
• Provide fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals
• Manage escalated cases and maintain public relations including any complaints
• Provide assistance, guidance, and coaching support to officers to meet KPI
• Monitor and provide project status report to manager
• Ensure officers understand the survey objectives
• Ensure officers compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Ensure officers conduct verification to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collected

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean might apply
• Travel in Singapore to do surveys
• Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with Chinese MNC companies to do surveys
• Proficient in Excel to do reports
• At least 2 years of working experience as Team Lead in Call Center environment.
